Just an Update

I've frogged the faux silk/mohair wrap... let's face it, it was ugly and no amount of blocking was going to fix that. I'm just mad at myself that it took me nineteen inches of knitting to figure that one out. I've recast that same double strand for a new life as a Branching Out scarf from knitty.com. It's working up very quickly with the extra bulk of the worsted weight stranded with the Featherwisp, and all on US #13 needles. It's nice and loose and fluffy. Hopefully it'll steam block up really nicely with that light lovely drape that Simply Soft gets sometimes. I think I'll recast that Victorian scarf as a Branching Out on US #15 and see how that works out; pictures to follow soon. :)
